Booking Terms and Conditions
All units will be assessed a one-time cleaning fee: 1 BDR $100, 2 BDR $135 , 3 BDR $170. A 50% deposit is required to hold each unit. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is nonrefundable if canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival. At check-in, final payment is due. The balance of the total stay is due in full at the time of check-in. Credit card or bank check required at check-in as security deposit for damage and for phone calls from the condo telephone. Optional: daily cleaning fee $25 per day.
